The Opportunity

To help usher NYU into this new era, the Office of University Development and Alumni Relations is hiring an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Development, Individual Giving. The AVP will play a pivotal role in engaging a global alumni network of 600,000 people, cultivating a robust donor pipeline through strategic guidance and management of university-wide individual giving programs.

As the AVP leverages new opportunities for supporting NYU’s strategic goals in teaching, learning, and research, they will oversee a team of fundraisers and collaborate closely with academic leaders. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of development experience, including major gift fundraising and team management.

The annual base salary range for this position is $255,000 – $305,000.
