The Opportunity

American University is seeking an experienced principal fundraiser to serve as Chief Development Officer (CDO) for the School of Public Affairs. This professional will shape and execute fundraising plans to support the school’s priorities and serve as an integral part of the Dean’s senior management team. The CDO will cultivate prospects, build relationships and coordinate messages with the Director of Development, Annual Giving.
