Joanne Keith

As Senior Search Administrator + Executive Assistant, Joanne Keith acts as a liaison between Lindauer clients, candidates, and consultants. She provides high-level strategic coordination and detailed administrative, client service, and communications support to facilitate each search, balancing an array of clients and assignments. A convergent thinker, Joanne enjoys problem-solving and finding real-time solutions. Joanne brings 15 years of experience streamlining operations for nonprofits, education, and healthcare organizations. Her impeccable organizational acumen has been cultivated through a variety of roles across industries in wide-ranging positions.

In her most recent position at the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a safety net healthcare organization, Joanne worked directly with the CFO to oversee a wide range of administrative duties for the finance department. This included managing all meetings of the Board Finance Committee, comprised of leading elected and appointed officials and corporate leaders, as well as engagement of its various subcommittees.

Joanne has held a variety of high-impact volunteer positions within the greater Boston and Cambridge communities. As the Secretary and Treasurer of the Mount Pleasant, Forest, and Vine Street Neighborhood Association for over four years, Joanne has worked closely with various state and local government officials to effect positive changes within the community. She was appointed by Mayor Martin J. Walsh to represent Boston on two separate planning committees. In March 2016, Joanne began serving as a member of the MassPort CAC, representing Roxbury in the ongoing conversation to mitigate airplane noise for Roxbury and the city of Boston. Shortly thereafter, in April of 2016, she became a commissioner on the Zoning Commission of the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Joanne serves as a consultant with Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital’s NICU Cares program and is a member of the BIDMC NICU Family Advisory Committee. Previously, Joanne was an educator in the Washington, D.C., area, where she also contracted with the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Human Capital under Secretary Stephen L. Johnson.

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Howard University.
