Amy Morse

As an Executive Assistant at Lindauer, Amy Morse provides a high level of executive support to the CEO and VP. Within this role, she efficiently handles the coordination of Board matters, plans leadership team and staff meetings, works closely with the VP on Finance and Operations functions, assists with administrative projects, and supports the Marketing Committee with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs and with the development of new marketing strategies.

Prior to joining the Lindauer team, Amy was the Executive Assistant and Director of Business Development for Long Term Capital LLC, a real estate investment company headquartered in Boston. During this time, she led a development initiative that resulted in a fourfold increase in lending assets while simultaneously managing multiple multimillion-dollar development and renovation projects. Before working in real estate, Amy started her career in the hospitality industry, providing administrative, staff, and marketing management, and was an initial member of the Lord Hobo Brewing Company team. As a dedicated advocate for the LGBTQIA community, Amy has spearheaded several fundraising events to raise donations for various LGBTQIA nonprofit organizations including the AIDS Action Committee and Youth on Fire.

Amy attended Harvard University.
