iCivics is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reinvigorating civic learning through interactive and engaging learning resources. Founded and led by Justice Sandra Day O’Connor as a way to reverse the decline in civic education and participation, iCivics uses its educational resources to empower teachers and prepare the next generation of students to become knowledgeable and engaged citizens. iCivics provides students with the tools they need for active participation and democratic action, and teachers with materials and support including lesson plans, award-winning games, and digital interactive activities. With a growing base of more than 100,000 educators and 3 million students, iCivics seeks talented people who enjoy taking ownership of their work and are dedicated to creating a nation where all young Americans are prepared for active and intelligent citizenship.
