Your Lindauer Team and COVID-19

To our clients, candidates, placements, and friends of Lindauer,

Nothing is more important to us than the safety and health of you, your communities, and our own team. We know so many are affected by the far-reaching impact of COVID-19, and we hope above all that you and yours are healthy.

We have taken several measures to ensure our and your collective well-being and to follow government guidelines and recommendations across the regions we serve. For the foreseeable future and until communicated otherwise:

  • Our Lindauer team is now working 100% remotely. With offices throughout the country, clients spread across the globe, and many team members who have always worked remotely, we have considerable expertise in remote work, and there will be no disruptions to service.
  • We have also halted all local, domestic, and international travel for Lindauer team members. For all searches, your search consultant will work with you to move your search forward with alternate best practices based on your unique circumstances. We’ll work with you to arrange productive virtual formats for intakes, interviews, and other steps wherever possible.
  • Many of our much-anticipated professional conferences for the coming weeks have already been cancelled, and we are sorry not to see you in person. We look forward to continuing to engage and share professional learnings in other ways during this unusual time.
  • Our staff will also not be attending any in-person meetings, conferences, or large gatherings until further notice. We are committed to doing our part to slow the spread and mitigate impacts of COVID-19 to the extent possible.
