The Opportunity

The Associate Vice President of Corporations and Foundations (AVP) will shape a new chapter in the College’s philanthropic partnerships. Reporting to the Vice President for Alumnae/i Relations and Development (ARD), the AVP will build and lead a comprehensive strategy to secure transformative support from corporations and foundations, strengthening Bryn Mawr’s ability to empower students and faculty, fuel discovery, and deepen its impact in the community and beyond.

As a member of the ARD leadership team, the AVP will design and execute corporate engagement strategies, serve as a bridge between the College’s intellectual strengths and the goals of funders, and develop innovative initiatives that align with institutional priorities. The role will require a strategist who is both analytical and relationship-driven and who can envision opportunity and lead a team toward measurable results.
