The Opportunity

The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) will be a rewarding opportunity for a proven frontline fundraiser to bring his or her expertise, energy, and initiative to a world-class institution. S/He will have demonstrated success in soliciting and securing high-level gifts from individuals at a complex medical institution, preferably working effectively with faculty to build a grateful patient portfolio.

S/He will be self-motivated, resilient, and creative — a strategist who can work both independently and as a member of a talented team. The MGO will expertly navigate the complexity of Mayo Clinic and serve as a partner with colleagues and staff.
