The Opportunity

The Assistant Director, HLS Annual Fund will raise unrestricted support for the Law School’s $9+ million annual giving program. This critical position will manage development activities and alumni volunteers for reunion and non-reunion alumni classes, and participate in the development and implementation of unrestricted giving strategies and programs. The Assistant Director will also manage class gift volunteer committees, develop and implement class-wide fundraising plans, and organize class meetings. Cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and volunteer recruitment will be achieved by 75 alumni visits per year. The Assistant Director will collaborate closely with Alumni Relations in successful volunteer management efforts, and with the Development and Communications staff in coordinating targeted class solicitations. A Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4+ years of experience in university fundraising or related transferable experience is required.
