Located along the expansive and picturesque Sippican Harbor on Buzzards Bay in Massachusetts, Tabor Academy serves as the premier coeducation, college preparatory boarding, and day school for students grades 9-12. The Opportunity

The school seeks a Director of Leadership and Legacy Giving at this pivotal moment to develop a comprehensive and high-level individual giving program. The Director will provide strategic leadership to build a major and planned giving program and develop annual operating plans for achieving fundraising goals. Relying on best-practice approaches, they will manage three frontline officers and institute a moves management system to track fundraising activity. This individual must also be adept at developing donor engagement strategies that align with Tabor’s priorities to yield increased levels of sustainable philanthropic support.
