The Opportunity
At this pivotal moment in Tabor’s journey, the school is seeking a Director of Leadership and Legacy Giving to play a crucial role in its fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Director will lead the development of a major and planned giving program, contributing to the achievement of fundraising goals. The role involves strategic leadership, managing a team of frontline officers, and implementing a system to track fundraising activity.
The Director will be instrumental in aligning donor engagement strategies with Tabor’s priorities, ensuring sustainable philanthropic support. With a focus on major and planned giving, the Director will oversee a team, develop operating plans, and work collaboratively with school leadership to build a robust portfolio of prospects. The role requires a candidate with a passion for Tabor Academy’s mission, strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and a proven track record in securing major and principal gifts.
