Mary Kate P.  Kleber

A nonprofit enthusiast from the beginning of her career, Mary Kate P. Kleber brings her finely-honed administrative skills to her first for-profit position, that of Assistant Director of Client Relations and Business Development with Lindauer.

In that role, Mary Kate’s responsibilities are multi-faceted. In addition to overseeing the operational functions of the entire office, she supports a variety of specific departments: research, business development, finance and marketing, helping to ensure that each performs at optimal level and provides Lindauer clients and candidates with the best service possible. She also serves as lead Administrator for Philanthropy 2030, managing all logistics for a seamless and productive event.

Prior to joining Lindauer, Mary Kate acted as Development Associate for Annual Giving & Special Events for The Guidance Center/Riverside Community Care. There, she performed all daily operations, maintained the donor database, organized the annual donor meeting and managed all aspects of The Guidance Center’s Annual Gala. At the start of her career as After School Program Assistant Coordinator for the Dorchester House Multi-Service Center, Teaching Assistant for the Northeastern University Center of Community Service, and Intern Program Assistant for Jumpstart, Mary Kate learned the basics of nonprofit relationship building that would later become the foundation of her administrative expertise.

Mary Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Northeastern University.
