Jessica Griffith

As Search Administrator, Jessica Griffith acts as the liaison between Lindauer clients, candidates and consultants. She provides high-level strategic coordination and detailed administrative, client service and communications support to facilitate each search, balancing an array of clients and assignments. Having an affinity for quality and attention to detail, Jessica ensures that everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Jessica brings over a decade of experience in human resources and small business management for both grassroots nonprofits and her own massage therapy practice; she knows what drives success, integrity, and quality. She brings direct recruiting expertise from her most recent role as a Recruitment Specialist for Centerboard, Inc., where she conducted searches for mid- and senior-level management positions, screened and scheduled candidates through the recruitment cycle, handled the reference process, and contributed to effective onboarding of new employees. Utilizing her considerable skills in communication and customer service, Jessica ensures a smooth executive search process from beginning to end and is approachable, tech savvy, and driven by results. She understands every search is unique and contributes to the success of each one by listening carefully to, and building and strengthening relationships between, key stakeholders.

Jessica holds a B.A. in Art from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
