Jen Luckett

Jen Luckett is Lindauer’s Business Development Associate, working directly with Senior Vice President Libby Roberts and supporting all Lindauer business development work for the firm. She prepares proposals that respond to the unique needs of prospective clients, ensures Lindauer senior leaders and consultants have appropriate client background and information to respond to project inquiries, coordinates calls and visits with prospective clients, and drives internal team meetings that help Lindauer be responsive to constantly changing market needs. Jen also manages Lindauer’s professional association memberships and plays an integral role in conference planning and logistics, in conjunction with Marketing colleagues.

Jen’s work at Lindauer provides an exciting opportunity for her to apply her background in recruiting and workforce development in the nonprofit arena. She began her career in recruiting as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global in downtown Boston, where she learned aspects of search in coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and helping to source candidates. While this was a client-facing role, Jen was also responsible for bringing in new business as well as setting and attending meetings with current and potential clients. Jen most recently served as a Regional Tour Consultant at EF Education First, Go Ahead Tours in Cambridge, MA, where she gained experience reporting and tracking projects, selling EF’s exotic tours portfolio, working with potential tour clients, and coordinating tour logistics with the operations team in Lucerne, Switzerland. In addition, Jen started the EF, Go-Ahead Tour’s Mentorship Program to create a welcoming environment for each new hire as they made their way through early months in the company.

Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Fine Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University.
